The THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE T-shirt challenge is down to double digits now - less than 100 T-shirts need to be worn until I arrive at my goal of having worn a different T-shirt for each day of 2013, reaching a total of 365 unique T-shirts worn.
Here's something I've not had to worry too much about since the start of my THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE T-shirt challenge - the laundry.
Due to Rule #1 of the challenge credo, I'm not to repeat the wear of any single T-shirt to help make up the 365 I need, therefore I've had no call to carry out as much laundry as usual. In fact, the last time I had to wash a T-shirt was probably when the laundry process still involved the use of vintage mangles like the one featured on Day 267's tee. Well, the one depicted on today's T-shirt actually claims to be a "denim device" but you get the general idea. Come to think of it, maybe there is such a thing as a denim T-shirt - now that would be worth wearing if I could get my hands on one...
This reddish-pink garment was a gift from my wife's family for my birthday this year and has had plenty of consideration made to ensure it appears as dated as the design suggests, from the style of type faces and graphic flourishes, to the deliberate faded discolouration around the sleeves and neckline.
