Day 303

Donkeys are stubborn.
That's a given.
That's their whole bag.
They crave spurring encouragement or else they lapse into coma-like laziness, wishing they were horses.

Daemons, it transpires, are pretty similar, though instead of longing to be stallions, it's likely they aspire to be dark overlords or something more sinister instead. To get around this with a donkey, you merely have to dangle a carrot snack from a stick in front of it's face and it will wearily step towards it, unaware that its very momentum is what drives the carrot away. Self-perpetuating-motion you see.
You can achieve the same result with a daemon using a similar setup, but by substituting the carrot for a human soul. The sluggish beast will surge forward in a bid to consume the person, thus carrying its daemon pilot to the shops or the barn dance or wherever it needs to go.

For Day 303 of my THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE T-shirt challenge I have been donated another brilliant T-shirt from Nathalie at laFraise. It features Pilot Daemon - an illustration by laFraise community member Vinsse showing this A to B underworld motion in action, forming Hell's most proficient transportation network.

THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE Project

Hi, I’m Andi Best and I’m a regular guy, rising to an irregular challenge.

People tell me I have a lot of T-shirts. These people are not wrong, it’s true, I do.

But one person went as far as to tell me I have so many T-shirts, I could probably wear a different one every day. This is obviously not true, but it got me thinking - what if I could wear a different T-shirt every day? What if I never wore the same T-shirt twice for an entire year?

Challenge accepted

I have created project THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE which, beginning January 1st 2013, will track my pro gress sourcing and wearing a different T-shirt every day for the next 365 days – and I’m going to need your help to do it…
