Day 248

Linkin Park - wooooo! Awesome!

This is the second Linkin Park T-shirt to feature in my THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE challenge, but it's the first to have been donated by a retailer.
Suzie from Bravado has been amazing and sent multiple band and music inspired tees to the project over the last couple of months, the latest being Day 248's tee which features a full-canvas direct-to-garment print of Linkin Park's latest album cover for Living Things.
The print depicts a fragmented face with layers of its skin being blown away, possibly due to the awesomeness of the music, or possibly because the skin is actually burning off, reminiscent of the imagery from the video for the album's debut single release Burn It Down, which features the band performing in an abstract CGI environment that engulfs them in flame and subsequently burns them to ash, like those who have passed The Shard lately.

Bravado, as I've expressed time and again, are music apparel specialists with an elite squadron of photographers and legal bods that combine forces to secure the most unique and inspiring clothing imagery of favoured bands and artists. Their vast collection is predominantly in place for wholesaler opportunities, so if you wanted to purchase any of the designs from their website, you are quite likely to find them among highstreet retailers.

See more from Bravado via their Twitter account.

THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE Project

Hi, I’m Andi Best and I’m a regular guy, rising to an irregular challenge.

People tell me I have a lot of T-shirts. These people are not wrong, it’s true, I do.

But one person went as far as to tell me I have so many T-shirts, I could probably wear a different one every day. This is obviously not true, but it got me thinking - what if I could wear a different T-shirt every day? What if I never wore the same T-shirt twice for an entire year?

Challenge accepted

I have created project THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE which, beginning January 1st 2013, will track my pro gress sourcing and wearing a different T-shirt every day for the next 365 days – and I’m going to need your help to do it…
