Day 34

The last time I wore this T-shirt I was stabbed.
Repeatedly.
By my best friend.

In his defence, I was dressed how I perceive a medieval dungeon inmate would have dressed at the time.
I was wearing this T-shirt beneath my Halloween costume last October, the bulk of which being a repurposed burlap sack that on its own proved no match for the chilly October air. I pulled out a T-shirt of a relatively similar colour to wear beneath it without detracting too much from the outfit.
Had I have known that one of the topical games the party host had lined up would be a simulated knife fight using red permanent marker pens, I perhaps would have chosen a tee with less appeal.

So this is my camel coloured Realm T-shirt with its chunky slanted logo across the chest, echoed by a larger dashed outline behind, now peppered with red gouges and wounds that will hopefully heal over time.
A postmortem of my tee would probably indicate that I'd put up a good fight, but eventually took a blow to the heart, severing the aorta and ruining a perfectly good surf design T-shirt.

THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE Project

Hi, I’m Andi Best and I’m a regular guy, rising to an irregular challenge.

People tell me I have a lot of T-shirts. These people are not wrong, it’s true, I do.

But one person went as far as to tell me I have so many T-shirts, I could probably wear a different one every day. This is obviously not true, but it got me thinking - what if I could wear a different T-shirt every day? What if I never wore the same T-shirt twice for an entire year?

Challenge accepted

I have created project THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE which, beginning January 1st 2013, will track my pro gress sourcing and wearing a different T-shirt every day for the next 365 days – and I’m going to need your help to do it…
