Day 350

I know it's the start of the week, but it's time to celebrate for two damn good reasons:

1) This is Day 350 of my THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE T-shirt challenge!
2) Today's T-shirt donation came with a bonus, but not a bonus for me; a bonus for YOU.

You see dear readers, this is the second excellent T-shirt donation to come my way from Cary and his brand Department Of Works. His work was first showcased on my blog back on Day 281 and the difference between now and then is that the brand's online shop has had a redesign, as well as a collection of new T-shirt prints added to the range. Quite a celebrity turn out of the cool/retro persuasion has made its way over to the Department Of Works cash register of late and a few familiar faces can be seen around the website sporting a tee or two.
But today you can forget all those famous people because you are the celebrities and you have earnt a discount. To celebrate the relaunch, Cary has handed over the VIP keys to the Department Of Works party suite and garnished you all with a special, limited time offer of 20% off your entire basket. That's right - pick as many tees are you wish, head to the checkout, enter the voucher code from the golden ticket below and watch as your till receipt confirms that you are definitely the awesome person you always suspected you were.

I am thrilled that Cary has put this together; this'll be the first time that my THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE T-shirt challenge has had a sales promotion put in place by a donator, let alone a golden ticket to enable it!

Equally golden is the glittery text written across the T-shirt I'm wearing today, which delivers a never-ending, condescending list of commands issued by 'The Man' such as "cut your hair" and "keep the noise down" and "eat your greens". Well, The Man, to you I have this to say: I'm a golden VIP ticket receiver, so I shall in fact be growing my hair, keeping my noise up, and eating whichever colour I damn well please. Probably gold.

THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE Project

Hi, I’m Andi Best and I’m a regular guy, rising to an irregular challenge.

People tell me I have a lot of T-shirts. These people are not wrong, it’s true, I do.

But one person went as far as to tell me I have so many T-shirts, I could probably wear a different one every day. This is obviously not true, but it got me thinking - what if I could wear a different T-shirt every day? What if I never wore the same T-shirt twice for an entire year?

Challenge accepted

I have created project THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE which, beginning January 1st 2013, will track my pro gress sourcing and wearing a different T-shirt every day for the next 365 days – and I’m going to need your help to do it…
