Day 126 of my THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE challenge nestles snugly onto the end of a bank holiday weekend and also falls on the same day as my stag do recovery protocol.
Today’s T-shirt is a Christmas present given to me last year by my girlfriend’s family. It features an illustrated design by artist Rybb of Cropp Clothing Company depicting a character who to a relatively tenuous and narcissistic extent, I can relate to. His cycloptic head is virtually submerged in a water-filled diver’s helmet that appears cracked and ruined, and a scowling fish orbits his crinkly pickled face.
OK I probably don’t have all that much in common with those elements, unless you wish to view the diving helmet as a metaphorical conveyance for creative idea juices, so let me try again.
He carries with him a satchel of indeterminate contents (his very own Mystery Package) and a long black gym bag with back-up shoes.
The similarity there is a little more apparent, but I can do better…
Finally, despite being in black and white, he appears to be uttering the word ‘Color’ (note the American web-design-centric spelling) and most importantly of all, he is wearing a T-shirt that reads ‘Made by me’ implying that he is a fellow designer.
BANG!
Right there – Andi à la T-shirt.
I am this chap, he is I.
Yes I'm aware this is all ruthlessly absurd post stag do drivel...
