Day 367

It's Day 2 of my THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE T-shirt challenge's 'Extra Time' and indeed the second day of the new year. How's everybody feeling? Still succumbing to your hangovers? In no way prepared for the adjustment back to the rigour of the pre-holidays routine? Curled up in a ball under your duvet with nothing but a flickering smartphone and last night's snack crumbs for company?

Excellent.

I on the other hand am out and about today, flaunting this second donation from Rebecca at the Manchester based Bellfield Clothing label to the gaunt and silent faces around me. I don't think they're conscious enough to appreciate how awesome this tee is, but I'm flaunting it anyway.
I'm not sure if the style of print on this tee has a particular name or not, but whatever it is, it dominates every corner and crease of the garment, front and back. It appears to consist of rows of paisley shapes more akin to a wallpaper environment, and were it not for the gradient of muted ombre-blue tones stretching from top to bottom, I suspect this design would have found life in a more psychedelic palette.

I should also point out that the tee features a contrasting neckline - one of my all-time favourite T-shirt details that frankly has not appeared frequently enough throughout the course of my project.
Well fitting, very stylish and bang on trend, this tee is a strong contender in the Bellfield Clothing summer line, which boasts a huge selection of original garments featuring equally intriguing patterned prints.

THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE Project

Hi, I’m Andi Best and I’m a regular guy, rising to an irregular challenge.

People tell me I have a lot of T-shirts. These people are not wrong, it’s true, I do.

But one person went as far as to tell me I have so many T-shirts, I could probably wear a different one every day. This is obviously not true, but it got me thinking - what if I could wear a different T-shirt every day? What if I never wore the same T-shirt twice for an entire year?

Challenge accepted

I have created project THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE which, beginning January 1st 2013, will track my pro gress sourcing and wearing a different T-shirt every day for the next 365 days – and I’m going to need your help to do it…
