Day 110

God creates dinosaurs.
God destroys dinosaurs.
God creates man.
Man destroys God.
Man creates T-shirts about dinosaurs.
Everybody wins.

Normally when I describe the daily challenge T-shirt to you, I'll break down what's on the front, possibly even what's on the back, but rarely do I mention what's on the inside.
Largely this is because the insides are pretty dull; they're either a vast expanse of colour, a faint and patchy rendition of the core image in reverse, or they're just caverns and caverns of lint.

But the main reason I don't discuss the insides is because none of you ever ask me about my T-Rex. Today on the other hand, several of you have asked me about my T-Rex, prompted by the caption text seen above, to which I've responded by demonstrating the below:

My good friend Simon (and a few other subscribers to my challenge) saw this design doing the rounds online and immediately contacted me, urging me to include it in my project. But to have purchased it first hand would have broken one of my challenge rules - thou shalt not deliberately purchase tees to fill the quota, regardless of how awesome and full of dinosaurs they are.
So that was that. End of discussion. The matter was extinct.

But wouldn't you know it? Life found a way.

I came home the other night to find a curious package on the dining room table with my name on it. Inside the package, nestled between the folds of this fantastic multi-print T-shirt, was a gift receipt from Simon. He was so passionate about the comedy that would ensue when passers by inquired about my T-Rex that he stumped up the cash and bought it for me.
What a huge gesture, thanks so much mate, you have made Day 110 one to remember!

It's just a shame the photos don't properly depict how loud I can roar...

THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE Project

Hi, I’m Andi Best and I’m a regular guy, rising to an irregular challenge.

People tell me I have a lot of T-shirts. These people are not wrong, it’s true, I do.

But one person went as far as to tell me I have so many T-shirts, I could probably wear a different one every day. This is obviously not true, but it got me thinking - what if I could wear a different T-shirt every day? What if I never wore the same T-shirt twice for an entire year?

Challenge accepted

I have created project THREEHUNDREDANDSIXTEEFIVE which, beginning January 1st 2013, will track my pro gress sourcing and wearing a different T-shirt every day for the next 365 days – and I’m going to need your help to do it…
